Gaelic Hearth provides bespoke bathroom furniture manufacturing, including custom vanity units, handcrafted ceramic sinks and tubs, custom shower enclosures, antique-inspired bathroom hardware, and sustainable wood cabinetry. All services are subject to a detailed consultation and agreement, which will outline the scope, specifications, timelines, and costs.

3. Quotations and Orders

All price quotations provided by Gaelic Hearth are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. A formal contract detailing the agreed-upon services and products will be issued and must be signed by the client before any work commences. Orders placed are subject to acceptance by Gaelic Hearth and are definitive upon receipt of a deposit as specified in the contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your custom project contract. Typically, this involves an initial deposit, progress payments, and a final payment upon completion and client satisfaction. Gaelic Hearth reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery if payment terms are not met.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and intellectual property created by Gaelic Hearth during the design and manufacturing process remain the property of Gaelic Hearth until full payment for the project has been received. Upon full payment, relevant design rights for the bespoke items will transfer to the client, while Gaelic Hearth retains rights to use images of the completed work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gaelic Hearth will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services or products, beyond the terms explicitly agreed upon in the project contract. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your project will not exceed the total project cost.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

8. Changes to Terms

Gaelic Hearth reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
